At Transteel,  as their CTO, I led technology-related process automation initiatives. These initiatives have increased productivity and improved efficiencies across customer care, sales, and marketing functions.

•    Setup up Transteel's eCommerce technology workflow from scratch, including the portal, order and inventory management, and service ticket management systems. 
•    Implemented a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) for reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
•    Established the Service Excellence and Audit Team, ensuring a focus on excellence and ongoing enhancement of processes.
•    Collaborated with vendors such as Salesforce, Zoho, Delhivery, Google and TCS iON, to build a robust tech ecosystem.
